A kind-hearted girl learns from her grandmother that seeds planted with love and wishes can create magic that helps friends feel connected to those they miss.
When you plant a wish for someone else, it grows into something beautiful that lasts forever.
In a sunny village in Mexico, there lived a girl named Luna who loved to garden with her abuela (grandmother).
"Abuela, why do we plant seeds?" Luna asked one day.
"Because seeds hold wishes," Abuela said with a smile. "When you plant them with love, those wishes can grow."
Luna's biggest wish was to help her friend Diego, who was sad because he missed his father who worked far away.
That night, Abuela gave Luna a special silver seed. "This is a wishing seed," she whispered. "Plant it with a wish from your heart."
Luna planted the seed carefully. "I wish Diego could feel his papa's love, even when he's far away," she said.
Every day, Luna watered the seed. She talked to it. She sang to it. And slowly, something magical happened.
A beautiful plant grew with silver leaves and golden flowers. But the most amazing thing was this: when the wind blew through the leaves, they made a sound like a father's gentle voice saying, "I love you."
Luna brought Diego to see the plant. When he heard the sound, his eyes filled with happy tears. "It sounds like mi papa!" he said.
"Your papa's love is always with you," Luna said. "Just like this plant, love grows even when we're apart."
Diego smiled for the first time in weeks. He picked one golden flower and pressed it in a book to keep forever.
Soon, other children came to the Garden of Wishes. Luna and Abuela taught them to plant their own seeds with love and hope. The garden grew bigger and more beautiful each day.
Luna learned that the best magic comes from kindness. When you plant a wish for someone else, it grows into something beautiful that lasts forever.
And on windy days, if you listen carefully to the silver leaves, you can hear them whisper: "Love is always with you, no matter how far away someone may be."
